Losing weight feels like fighting a losing battle
Never sure when you will be able to stay on the saddle
It's okay to take a few days every now and then to cheat
as long as your controlling the amount you eat
Losing weight will not happen over night
Once you do, it will still be a lifelong fight
Maintaining your weight will be the true test
and all you can do is try your very, very best

I say you can do it and be in no hurry

remember that food is not the key to your heart
For all of you who have already met your goal
